Matthew B. Marston
Matt Marston started with the company in 2005 after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He is the Chief Operating Officer of Lee B. Marston Construction Inc., acquiring his General B Contractors License in 2010. Matt specializes in detailed bids, contract negotiation, project planning, and project supervision. He has an outstanding relationship with architects and sub-contractors, keeping projects on time and moving forward. Time, value engineering, and quality control are always the main focus for him and for his clients’ homes.

Lee B. Marston
After graduating from Long Beach State University in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, Construction Management focus, Lee obtained his general contractor’s license, which served as the roots for what soon became Lee B. Marston Construction. With his services in demand and projects on the rise, Lee B. Marston Construction became incorporated in 1985. The majority of his work has been located in Corona del Mar, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine, and Laguna Beach, CA with word of mouth from satisfied clients being the main referral source.
